Curbside Pick Up

We will continue to offer curbside pick up for our customers even after the pandemic restrictions are lifted. Read below for updated guidelines to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

Tip: Use the brand name and size of your product when ordering! Whether over the phone or online, it helps our staff immensely if you are specific about the product and size.

 

Curbside Pick Up Process:

  1. You may call us at (503) 297-6644 to place your order, or copy and paste westernpetcurbside.com into your search bar and fill out the form on the page.

  2. Please be specific in your item, size, and quantity. 

    1. If you want canned cat food, try: “one case FirstMate Salmon cat food 5.5oz”

  3. On the phone:

    1. Call us and ask to place a “curbside pick up”

    2. We will write your items down, then put you on a brief hold to collect them

    3. Once we are back on the line, we will ask for your phone number, name, and then credit card information. (We do not store any credit card information).

    4. Once the payment is complete, feel free to come pick up your items at any time during business hours. 

      1. You may come in store, or

      2. Pull up by the front door and call us at (503) 297-6644, please specify your name and that you are picking up a curbside order. 

  4. Email Order:

    1. Head to westernpetcurbside.com by copy and pasting the address into your search bar to use the form to email is your order. Please be specific about size, quantity, and brand of your items. 

    2. If we have any questions or need to clarify an order, we will email you back. 

    3. You will receive an email invoice from us by the end of the day with the option to securely pay your invoice online. 

    4. Once you have paid, you may come pick up your orders at any time during business hours.
